Meet the Team
Hi! Welcome to Evolving Aesthetics!
Nurse Practitioner
Monica Thinnes
Monica is a board-certified nurse practitioner with 10 years of clinical experience. She is originally from college park, where she went to Bishop Moore high school. She then studied nursing at Villanova University. Monica worked as a nurse in Florida and California before returning to school for a nurse practitioner degree from UCF. Over the past 10 years, Monica has worked as a nurse practitioner in the hospital and outpatient. During the time when she was injecting Botox for chronic migraines, she fell in love with aesthetic medicine and injection procedures. She is trained in injecting Botox aesthetically as well as for medical indications.

Monica’s passion is to optimize natural beauty for her clients. She believes everyone is beautiful and can enhance their “natural glow.” This can be done by adding botox to smooth fine lines in the skin while adding filler to enhance natural volume. She also loves working on obtaining one skin tone through chemical peels, microneedling, PRP, and medical-grade skin care.

When not doing aesthetics, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys swimming, yoga, and walking outside. Monica has completed expert injector training through Merz, Galderma, and Allergan.
